- Advanced English level (no Czech language required)
- University degree (graduate degree is an asset)
- Excellent and proven research and analytical skills
- Great planning and organizational skills
- High level of responsibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change and learn new skills and systems
- Excellent time management
- Enjoy problem solving and asking questions
- Computer skills: high level of competence in using MS Excel; advanced web search techniques; ability to convert complex data findings into text, tables, graphs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research key leads during the delegate campaign
- Work with data, including data gathering, management and planning
- Maintain a clean and updated prospect and client database
- Consistently meet and exceeding sales activity targets
- Actively research and develop your knowledge of industries you are working in
- Work with internal departments to present clear reports to management
- Manage all external relationships needed for the project
- Identify new opportunities for process improvement
