CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Native Russian, highly proficient in spoken and written English (advanced level of Czech is a plus)
- University degree (graduate degree is an asset)
- Experience in invoicing, accounting/finance
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures (preferred experience in Czech Republic)
- Comfortable dealing with numbers
- Experience in Credit Card charges and PayPal accounts
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- High level of responsibility and an ability to manage confidential data
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Issue invoices to clients and follow up invoicing process
- Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Prepare balance sheets
- Update internal clients database
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Additional responsibilities such as filing contracts, vendor forms, handling client requests
